The mail content can be customised by selecting the sample template given on the page, and writing your content in it.     If you don’t want to use a template then you can simply write the content, add any images if required and Submit it.

Steps for creating the contact list is as follows: Click on the Select Contact List. Select the desired option from the list. Click on the Contact List button.     Selected Contact List pop-up window gets open. Add new contact details to whom you want to sent the campaign. Click OK.
